Our programs
Infants (8 weeks to 6 months)
In our infant program we provide a soothing and nurturing environment with the highest quality of care. While creating connections and meaningful bonding experiences we also focus on growth and development. The babies will be stimulated by exploring their 5 senses, using music, story time, sensory play, tummy time and creating meaningful interaction between the teacher and infant.
Crawlers (6 to 12 months)
As our infants move over into the “Crawlers” stage and room they have started to rollover, sitting up, and even bouncing when held. Now the fun and adventure really begins! Focusing on social and emotional development by playing peek-a-boo, patty-cake, and learning to sign simple American Sign Language. We help introduce new foods, work on large & small gross motor skills, fine motor skills, and so much more! This is a new world of exploration and adventure!
First steps ( 12 to 18 months)
It’s time for those “First Steps!” Between 12-18 months, toddlers undergo significant changes, becoming more independent and starting to explore their interests. This is where we start embracing and adopting the Reggio Emilia approach. They gain freedom to make decisions and start babbling, copying or saying first words. Our method empowers them by offering choices, enhancing their comprehension and understanding of decision-making and its implications.
Wobblers (18 to 24 months)
Our program caters to the active and inquisitive nature of our Wobblers by providing them with a dedicated space for exploration, both indoors and outdoors in our dreamland school. This constant learning environment allows for daily discoveries. We fortify their cognitive development through a structured routine that includes independent play, group interactions, story time, outdoor experiences, and activities in our indoor learning space. This routine includes activities focusing on counting, sorting, and memory enhancement.
Early Learners (24 to 36 months)
“I Did It!” That’s the sweet sound of a proud “Early Learner!” Our program helps two-year-olds build confidence and self-esteem by accomplishing tasks independently, thereby enhancing their understanding of the world. At Dreamland Pre-school, our teachers actively participate in and observe each child’s learning journey. By taking detailed notes and observing the child holistically, they provide accurate updates to parents about their child’s personal growth and development.
Preschool 3 Years Old
In “Pre-School,” the true adventure begins! We nurture children’s individuality and creativity, supporting the formation of friendships and their rich imagination. Through project-based lessons, we enhance their social, emotional development and critical thinking skills while building their empathy and vocabulary. Acknowledging each child’s unique learning pace, we provide tools and guidance to help them excel in emergent literacy, mathematics, and science.
Pre-K 4 Years Old
At four years old, your child is starting to see the BIG PICTURE! They start to grasp larger concepts, think logically, and recognize differences. Their curiosity drives them to constantly ask “WHY”. To nurture this inquisitiveness and prepare them for the world, we provide tools such as social studies, technology, and character development activities, encouraging a hands-on approach. This ensures they are ready as a “whole-child”, academically prepared for the next educational level.
